Privacy Policy
Invoshi is a client-side tool. Everything you type — your business profile, client details, line items, saved invoices, logo, and signature — is stored only in your browser's local storage, on your own device.
- No account or sign-up is required or offered.
- No invoice or client data is ever sent to a server or third party.
- PDF generation and QR code generation both happen entirely in your browser.
- We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts.
- Clearing your browser's site data (or using a different browser or device) will remove everything you've saved, since nothing is backed up elsewhere.
If you deploy your own copy of this app with added services (for example, sending emails, syncing to an account, or embedding third-party analytics), update this section to describe what you actually collect.
Terms of Use
- Invoshi is provided "as is," free of charge, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- It does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Tax rates, required invoice fields, and numbering rules vary by country and industry — verify these with a qualified professional before relying on invoices generated here for compliance purposes.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including amounts, tax rates, and payment terms.
- Because all data lives in your browser, we cannot recover lost invoices or client records — back up anything important by downloading it as a PDF.
- This app is offered under the MIT License (see the
LICENSEfile in the project repository) — you're free to use, copy, modify, and redistribute it.
